Returns & Exchanges — Burgundy
We want you to love your Burgundy purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or promotional reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. This includes:
- Accessories (earrings, intimate garments, etc.)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us with your order details. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns
To request a return, email helloteamburgundy@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on your bank.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
